Because empaths often are what Elaine Arons calls "Highly Sensitive People," we'll be meeting in both energetically & physically quiet space. Rather than "meet & greet" in the usual way, Colleen will use some techniques from her "Turn on Your Heartlight" workshop. You'll leave knowing that not only are you not alone, but that you've been communicating in ways you may never have realized.

    I'm still processing everything I got from the meeting. No wonder I was on overload when I left! I'm fascinated by the 'currents' I felt there. Looking forward to getting to know people better. Nice to know I'm not alone and I'm not flawed. Just sensitive. I think I understand what an aura is now. Its not mystical (to me at least) but a visual picture of someones emotional state. I'm learning a lot. Thank you for giving me a chance to grow in this way.

    I took the quiz and rated as an artist. Coinsides with the 2 music CD's that I released in Sept.07 and with my constant passion to create.

      “ This was an extraordinary meeting.Colleen is quite obviously comfortable and affective in a group setting.Safe boundaries for a sensitive subject. ”
    • “ Would like more group interaction/exchange and really enjoyed the energy exercise/partnering up. Would be curious to try variations on that theme. Would enjoy sitting more in a circle. Was a bit thrown off at the end of the meditation. Was going deep and wasnt brought back. It was like -oh now we are breathing and expanding our auric field out into the universe and then the discussion just shifted to the next thing without any centering, focus, grounding. I might not be expressing this accurately, but it felt odd to me as I do many types of body/mind practices and never experienced feeling like I was 'left out there' and not given any cues to transitioning to the next thing. Looking forward to and hoping that we can build a supportive community as all attendees, even those who may have had more 'struggle', were very sweet energy souls. Very much appreciate the facilitation and preparation work done to make this happen! ”
