An Empath might well be described by this Webster's Third definition for empathy: the "capacity for participating in or a vicarious experiencing of anothers feelings, volitions, or ideas and sometimes anothers movements to the point of executing bodily movements resembling his." In training other psychics, Colleen Rae has for years focused on making this a blessing rather than a curse. Click here to read some of her writing on Empaths.

Because Empaths often are what Elaine Arons calls "Highly Sensitive People," we meet in both an energetically & physically quiet space. Bring socks as shoes are left at the door.

"What a joy to get together with this group! Colleen is a master facilitator, and I loved the opportunity to look into the beautiful eyes of the individuals who attended." Steph

"This was an extraordinary meeting. Colleen is quite obviously comfortable and affective in a group setting. Safe boundaries for a sensitive subject." Bob

"It was interesting to hear other people's experiences and concerns with being an empath/HSP. I had the pleasure of being paired with Colleen for the partner exercise. Great meetup!" Christy

Thank You Colleen and Group. It was another facinating meeting. So much new energy was inspiring. It's fun sharing the contents of our tool boxes for life. I'll look forward to the next meeting while allowing this session of sharing to gel. Peace,Bob

It was wonderful connecting with others like myself. I felt very comfortable and safe in the room. There was alot of great energy there.
    •  Feel! With joy! As we learn to feel without holding in the toxicity of energy, like a mushroom filtering out toxins without retaining toxicity themselves, we are available to more and more joy. This is what Colleen is helping us attain, through connecting with each others stories, and insights, w can collectively discover more and more tools to navigate greater states of joy.

Sharing is the key word. We all Empath are each individuals that bring a personal strength that feeds onto each of us.
