- With being in Chem Depend recovery for 6 years I am wondering if using Herbs was to "numb" myself out to feeling others I need help taking ownership of what is my emotional \ spiritual state of being as compared to what is the other state of being

Being aware that when chatting with a couple gals over the net they both used the term empath I want to learn more about "boundaries as an empath as I believe part of my reason for smoking weed was to "numb" me out How do I know how to use my skills
